SUBSTANCE: invention describes a pharmaceutical composition comprising rapamycin solid dispersion or rapamycin derivative chosen from group consisting of 16-O-substituted derivatives of rapamycin, 40-O-substituted derivatives of rapamycin, 32-O-dehydro- or substituted derivatives of rapamycin, 32-deoxyrapamycin and 16-pent-2-inyloxy-32(S)-dihydrorapamycin, disintegrating agent and colloidal silicon dioxide wherein the composition comprises from 1% to 5% of colloidal silicon dioxide by mass. Proposed composition possesses high stability and physical safety, and the composition pressed into a tablet possesses improved mechanical properties in combination with rapid dispersing in aqueous solutions.
