FIELD: veterinary science.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with isolating Trichinella larvae followed by their washing out and cultivating in nutritive medium. Moreover, the isolation of 45-50-d-aged invasion larvae should be carried out due to accelerated method for 30 min with subsequent 5-fold washing at exposure being 15-20 min. Larvae should be cultivated in nutritive DMEM at adding 20 mcl/ml 1.5%-L-glutamine solution and 2 mcl/ml 4%-gentamycin solution at heavier inoculation of 35-40 thousand larvae/ml under sterile conditions at constant gas composition at CO2 content being 5%, 70% moisture and 37°C for 2 d at changing the medium once daily. The innovation enables to obtain the antigen of high sensitivity and specificity.
