SUBSTANCE: strain of hybrid transplantable cells IMB-649 is obtained by fusion of cells of murine myeloma P3/NS1/1-Ag4.1 with cells of syngenic mice BALB/c immunized with the purified preparation of the total antigen of hepatic trematode Opisthorchis felineus. The strain of hybrid transplantable cells IMB-649 produces monoclonal antibodies IgG2a that interact specifically with protein 105 kDa of excretory-secretory antigen of Opisthorchis felineus in immunobloting assay. Monoclonal antibodies of this invention are used as reagents for the novel test-systems for human hepatic trematode Opisthorchis felineus.
