SUBSTANCE: tap specific antibodies in blood serum of the infected animals in reaction of an enzyme immunoassay and use polyclonal antispecific conjugates, immunogene peptides Trichinella spiralis and control Serums of an investigated kind of animals, thus at a sorption on polystyrene use immunogene peptides of trichina in molecular mass 63-29 kDa in concentration of 3.5-5 mkg/ml; as polyclonal antispecific conjugates use antibodies, conjugated with peroxydase of horse-radish, and also use the saline buffered solutions containing 0.005% of sodium thimerosal, 0.15M phosphate disubstituted potassium, 0.01M phosphate monosubstituted potassium, chloride sodium 0.18M, 0.5% of an albumin and 1.5% of an albumin for conjugates, 1% twin-20 for drawing of Serums and 1,5 % twin-20 at use of conjugates; chromogenic substrate - 3.3' 5, 5' tetramethyl benzidine, for a reaction stopping use 0.5M sulfuric acid, and the received result estimate on a spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 450 nanometers.

EFFECT: early diagnostics of disease and the beginning of treatment of house carnivores; decrease of expenses and time reduction at enzyme immunoassay carrying out.
