FIELD: micro-fluid engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises heating the liquid in a micro-fluid device by light beam in the region where gas bubbles are located, which causes the gas babbles to move under the action of thermo-capillary force and to form a single gas bubble within the light beam, and removing the gas bubble from the passage or vessel by moving the light beam.
EFFECT: improved method.
