FIELD: construction, particularly the supporting parts consisting of concrete, namely skeletons of pre-stressed buildings.

SUBSTANCE: method involves erecting columns provided with transversal orifices; constructing floor slabs having channels to receive high-strength pre-stressed reinforcement; tightening the reinforcement through orifices of columns and concreting the channels. Floor slabs is pre-stressed by two horizontal reinforcement rows. Reinforcement members of upper and lower rows to be stressed are alternately tightened beginning from lower one. First of all reinforcement members are tightened along all contour axes, after that all other reinforcement members are stressed.

EFFECT: increased building resistance to horizontal and seismic loads.
