FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method includes erection of pillars, manufacturing of slabs with two hidden crossbars with biaxial pre-stressing along the vertical line, tightening of stressed reinforcement elements. Stressed reinforcing elements are arranged in the form of ropes with a shell with lubrication. Stressed reinforcing elements are tightened in two rows along the height in turns through one. Upper row ropes are tightened along the epure of moments. Pillars of adjacent floors from tube confined concrete are joined with the help of an adapter in the form of a pipe with four consoles for installation of stressed reinforcement onto them. In consoles there are holes provided for bar reinforcement. Between hidden crossbars in the span and along axes the slab is made as ribbed with the help of moulds for puncheons. Ropes in the shell are tightened after slab pouring with concrete and its maintenance to the required strength.
EFFECT: higher reliability of building resistance to vertical seismic loads, increased frame span, reduced labour intensiveness, cost and process cycle of erection.
