FIELD: civil engineering, applicable in manufacture of floors of precastmonolithic buildings with a frame without any cross-bars. SUBSTANCE: method for tensioning of high-strength reinforcing steel at erection of the frame of precast- monolithic buildings manufactured with prestressing of the floors in two orthogonal directions consists in joining of the floor slabs to the columns by means of squeezing of the slabs through the columns. Tensioning of high-strength reinforcing steel is performed by reinforcing members and in each span of the columns, one end of the reinforcing member is squeezed by a sleeve with a threaded end-piece that is screwed in the sleeve with a female screw, that is made monolithic in the column beforehand, and the other end is drawn by a clip hydraulic jack to the other column, in which a sleeve with a female thread is also made monolithic, an adapter is screwed in the female thread for joining to the reinforcing member. EFFECT: accelerated construction, reduced labor content and enhanced reliability of the building. 9 dwg
