FIELD: food industry, confectionery industry.
SUBSTANCE: product consists in a shell formed from the caramel mass, containing syrup, sugar, condensed milk and aromatizer "Vanilla". Inside the shell there is a filling, made of composition containing vegetable fat and halavah. The caramel product may be coated with chocolate icing.
EFFECT: improved taste and organoleptic properties of the product; expanded range of products of the specified purpose; product cost saving.
