SUBSTANCE: composition contains sand sugar, syrup, condensed milk, butter, fruit filler, egg albumen, chocolate glaze, vanillin, water, agar-agar, citrus acid, aromatizer "Vanilla", aromatizer "Blackberry" or aromatizer "Dried pitted and halved apricot", ponceau color and indigo color, or tartrazine color, filler "Blackberry" or filler "Apricot" as fruit filler. Said components are used in predetermined ratio.
EFFECT: provision for producing of caramel with aerated filler having reduced content of sugar and wider range of products of the given designation created owing to predetermined combination of components and their quantitative ratios.
