SUBSTANCE: recipe ingredients are prepared, cut, potato and celery root are blanched and minced, carrots are blanched and minced, leek leaves are frozen and cut, beef foreshank is cut and minced, white bread and horse radish are grated. The specified ingredients are mixed with milk, melted butter, bone broth, sugar, salt and СО2-biomass extracts of the specified micromicet type, cloves, hot black pepper, laurel and nutmeg. The obtained mixture is packed in aluminum tubes, pressurized and sterilized.
