SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the technology for fish and vegetable tinned food production and may be used in food industry. The offered tinned food production method provides for cutting and frying pike fillet in melted butter, cutting and browning onions in melted butter, cutting and freezing dill leaves, blanching and straining parsnip, browning wheat flour in melted butter, mixing dill leaves, parsnip, wheat flour, egg powder, cream, white dry wine, lemon juice, fish broth, salt, white pepper, hot black pepper and laurel to get a sauce, packing pike pieces, onions and sauce, pressurization and sterilization.
EFFECT: tinned food has enhanced digestibility.
