SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes white roots and onion cutting, roasting in melt butter and chopping; fresh white cabbage shredding, freezing and chopping; beet and carrot blanching and chopping; Baltic herring fillet, green onion, and parsley green chopping; wheat flour sautéing. Abovementioned components are blended with sour cream, fish broth, tomato paste, citric acid, table salt, and CO2-extracts of black pepper and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
