Injection rate of assist gas (6.1, 6.2) is higher than injection rate of liquid drops (5), at that injected assist gas (6.1, 6.2) stabilizes path of motion and sizes of liquid drops (5), as well as partially shield from gas flow (8) and/or involves injected liquid drops (5) into gas flow (8).
EFFECT: control of space distribution of liquid drops is improved and controlled sized is provided.
