FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises cutting component, which is installed in a case, and drive. Cutting component is made as a disk cutter. Disk cutter is assembled on a carriage along the guide and is able to move along the lengthwise axis of the guide by means of a threaded screw. Threaded screw is located inside the guide and connected to the carriage. At that the guide has a U -shape with horizontal flanges. Above and below the said flanges carriage bearings are installed in pairs. Device is equipped with an appliance to provide a rigid connection with cutting aluminium leads. Teeth of the disk cutter are of rectangular shape, of the rectangle with two sided faces, which alternate in turn.
EFFECT: increase of reliability and simplifying the design.
