SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dispenser filling element for dispensing fluids with solid components or slices at rotary dispensers. Filling element comprises channel made in the casing for dispensed fluid communicated with fluid vessel by its inlet hole on one end and, on the other end, it makes proportioning hole to dispense fluid into vessel. First filling element can be adjusted between first, closed, state and second, open, state. Filling element casing incorporates feed valve gate body section. Note here that filling element, apart from first and second working states, has third working state whereat it is open to dispense liquid phase of fluid while solid components are retained by feed valve gate body section.
EFFECT: reliable dispensing of fluid with solid components.
