SUBSTANCE: dust detector for gaseous medium, comprising light source in the form of a light-emitting diode, light receiver in the form of a photodiode, primary and secondary absorbing chambers, is equipped with primary and secondary collimators arranged respectively in front of the light emitting diode and the photodiode at a distance of 5 to 7 mm from each diode, operational amplifier being switched on in zoom mode, and indicator. The amplifier input is connected to the photodiode output, which is a linear output and connected to the indicator input. The indicator represents a pointer indicator, a digital device or a liquid crystal display. Moreover, the light-emitting diode, primary collimator are primary absorbing chamber are arranged on the primary optical axis, and the photodiode, secondary collimator and secondary absorbing chamber - on the secondary optical axis.
EFFECT: operating efficiency enhancement and manufacturing costs reduction.
