SUBSTANCE: there is offered method of cows milking at which vacuum is created in ejector, joint to system of burnt gases exhaustion of the tractor or the car engine. The method of milk processing contains reduction in twirl of a drum of the milk separator. The drive of a drum of the milk separator are made hydraulic and connected to tractor or car hydrosystem. The method of milk processing consists in pasteurisation of milk by means of heating system of operating fluid circulation, thus as an operating fluid use a tractor or car cooling liquid, and circulation system is included in an integral cooling system of a tractor or the car engine. The method of milk processing consists in milk cooling in ejector refrigerating machinery, thus vacuum in ejector refrigerating machinery create by means of input to it of the burnt gases from exhaustion system of a tractor or the car engine.

EFFECT: there is a possibility of transfer of farms on alternative energy sources.
