SUBSTANCE: method of cans preparation is scouring, frying and grinding the pumpkin seeds, cutting and sauting in oil of green paprika, cutting and freezing of lettuce, cutting of chicken, mixing of listed compounds without access of oxygen with salt, packing of the mixture and bone broth, canning and sterilization. EFFECT: cans have good assimilability.
