SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of meat and vegetable preserved food. Method includes preparation of recipe components. Chicken meat is cut and fried in vegetable oil. Pumpkin seed are fried and chopped. Paprika is cut and browned in vegetable oil. Lettuce is cut and frozen. These components are mixed without oxygen access with table salt, black bitter pepper, red hot pepper and anise. Prepared mixture and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
