SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of meat and vegetable preserved food for space meals. Method includes preparation of recipe components. Chicken meat is cut, fried in melted butter and ground in mincer. Pumpkin seeds are fried and chopped. Paprika is cut, browned in melted butter and ground in mincer. Lettuce is frozen and ground in mincer. Specified components are mixed with bone broth, table salt and CO2-extract of black bitter pepper, red hot pepper and anise. Prepared mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, they are sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
