SUBSTANCE: preparation of recipe components, cutting and blanching potatoes and pickled cucumbers, cutting and browning carrot, parsley, celeriac and onions in rendered fat, cutting and freezing lettuce and vegetables, cutting heart, browning wheat flour are made. Listed components are mixed with sour cream, table salt, bitter black pepper and bay leaf. The made mix and bone broth are packed, hermetic sealed and pressure cooked.
EFFECT: canned food has heightened absorbency.
