FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: sheath posterior walls are dissected longitudinally. The medial aponeurotic flaps of sheath posterior walls are separated from rectus muscles. The net-like graft is sutured upon the peritoneum caught up behind the rectus muscles, to the lateral flaps of the sheath posterior walls. The medial flaps of the sheath posterior walls are sutured to each other along the midline in front of the rectus muscles.
EFFECT: optimal conditions are provided for rectus muscles functioning.
