FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in surgical treatment of ventral hernias of median localisation. Essence of method lies in longitudinal dissection of anterior leaves of recti sheaths, suturing medial aponeurosis flaps, sewing free transplant to edges of aponeurosis lateral flaps and its fixation on median line. Suturing medial aponeurosis flaps is performed without separation of flaps from muscles on lines, located at distance of 1.5-2 cm from edges of flaps. After that additionally sewn first to lateral and after that to medial leaves of dissected recti sheaths is used free transplant, which is cut out by the size of formed external aponeurotic oval.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention allows to preserve circularity of recti on medial contour and restore anatomy of white line without essential reduction of abdominal cavity size and increase of intra-abdominal pressure.
