FIELD: medicine; medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying oxygen via irrigating tubes set into the right and left mesenterial sinuses into the right and left subdiaphragmal space. The oxygen exits via laparostoma. Physiological salt solution is supplied in opposite direction via the laparostoma. The exudate is discharged via draining tubes set in the small pelvis cavity area and along the right and left lateral canal. Planned inspection of the abdominal cavity is carried out 24-48 h later. The device has protection frame manufactured as plate having hole. The protection frame is to be sutured along the laparotomy wound using the holes for receiving suture thread available in the frame. The device has net, border having protrusion, arranged along hole boundary, and cover congruent to the border. The border is set for laying the net. The net is pressed with the cover in the lower part. Recess is available in the lower part of the cover. The recess is engageable with the protrusion on the border and fixable. Holes for receiving suture thread are spaced along the border.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; preventing drying of peritoneal integument; reduced risk of secondary infection.
