SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to operation of the pipe ducts systems, in particular, to cleansing the interior surfaces of the pipe ducts and may be used for cleansing the internal surface of the pipe duct from the asphalt-tarry and paraffin sediments. The piston represents the cast cylinder made out of the elastic synthetic material with the head made in the form of the truncated cone. The piston has the screw type cylindrical spring made out of the resilient wire, which one ends are connected along the cylinder axis and the coils are fulfilled in the form of the regular zigzag. The external vertexes of the zigzag are protruding onto the surface of the piston and are shifted with respect to each other along the screw line. The invention ensures improvement of the quality of cleansing, the increased wear-resistance of the piston and its integrity.
