FIELD: pipeline system operation, namely cleaning inner surface of pipelines by removing different deposits.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes elastic sealing collars arranged successively in flexible axle and mutually divided by means of sleeves. Said collars are in the form of hollow truncated cone having cylindrical surface near lower base. Each collar has wedge-shaped diaphragm whose thickness is less than that of collar wall and whose inner surface coincides with inner surface of cone and with cylindrical surface near lower base. Elastic sleeves dividing collars one from others are in the form of truncated cones whose lower bases are matched. In mean part of apparatus there is unclamping member for tightening said flexible axle.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cleaning.
