FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the use of trunk pipelines and is designed for cleaning off various deposits and construction debris from internal surfaces. The device has a flexible axis on which are serially grouped at least two blocks, each of which consists of elastic tightening disc shaped cuffs. The disc shaped cuffs are separated by a range of flexible bushings, on which are elastic porous cuffs in the form of rings with larger diameter than that of the disc shaped cuffs. The blocks are joined by a releasing element for tightening the flexible axis.
EFFECT: device increases service life of disc shaped cuffs.
