The cutting bridge is driven in guides, which are placed under the plate, and the ends of the cutting bridge are connected with endless transporting elements also located under the plate, for moving the cutting bridge along the plate. The plate serving as the base is installed on the baseplate with the possibility of rolling upward, the guides and the endless transporting elements are installed independently of the plate, on the baseplate. The cutting bridge guides are installed with an offset to the inside direction relative to the outer edges of the plate, and the cutting bridge can move to a position beyond the rolling plate.
