FIELD: construction, acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to industrial acoustics, in particular to wideband sound insulation, and can be used in all industrial fields. The translucent noise reflection panel consists of translucent sound reflection element from solid sheets of poly-carbon plastic. The frame is in the form of a rectangle formed by a flat-topped form of ribs, made from vibration dampening material. The ratio of the lengths of the rectangles to its height lie in the range from 2 to 3, and the ratio of the thickness of the solid sheet of the extruded poly-carbon plastic to its height lies in the optimum range of values: 0.006...0.008. The technical outcome is the increased effectiveness of sound proofing.
