FIELD: mechanic.
SUBSTANCE: the balanced powered axoid mechanism and the axoid press relate to the mechanical engineering, in particular, to translation motion power and speed parameter conversion mechanisms based on power axoid mechanisms, in which friction is eliminated by replacing sliding to axoid rolling and mutual balancing of the normal components of reactions in supporting elements of the new balanced power axoid mechanism. The mechanism is a closed system of powered axoid mechanisms, which contain end elements, which have the possibility of translational displacement, each in its own direction, provided with supporting surfaces, and an intermediate link consisting of contact elements with supporting surfaces interacting with the supporting surfaces of the end elements so that, during movement of one element, their mutual axoid rolling is ensured without slipping, with transmission of forces and motion to the other end element, combined into one or more power circuits using multi-ended elements. Based on the named balanced power axoid mechanisms, a drive of an actuator is proposed, primarily, a drive of the power mechanism of axoid presses, which, as compared to traditional power mechanisms, have significantly increased operating life, pressing power properties, decreased wear and costs for their lubrication, cooling , and restoration.
EFFECT: increased operating life of mechanisms, increased power properties, and decreased wear.
