SUBSTANCE: device contains speaking assembly including phone and microphone, connected to transmitter and receiver, transmitter of SMS messages, including keyboard and screen, autonomous power source, connected to speaking assembly, and emergency call buttons. Two emergency call buttons are positioned on speaking assembly, and two other buttons are made remote. First button is programmed for automatic dialing of phone number of information-operator communication station, second button is programmed for calling rescue service and third button, made remote, is programmed for calling rescue service with automatic transmission of previously typed SMS message, while fourth button is meant for setting device to protective-standby mode.
