FIELD: mobile engineering.
SUBSTANCE: off-line transmission of return access channel or return auxiliary channel is carried out from mobile station to base station when mobile station is off-line as a response to acknowledge indication of base station containing message of return channel designation. Mobile station is switched to target operation mode and data from mobile station is transmitted through specified return channel.
EFFECT: reciprocal compatibility of off-line and target operation mode of mobile station.
