FIELD: physics, communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to communication engineering and aims at evaluation of data transmission rate for return communication line. Data bursts to be transmitted to number of communication service, while data transmission rates are evaluated for data burst transmission, relying on data burst queue position, thus making it possible to respond transmission term for each data burst. Base station detects whether available resources enable allocation in base station to transmit from mobile station at specified data transmission rate and time. Mobile station transmits at least data burst from queued data bursts to determine new data burst queue. New data burst queue is used to evaluate new data transmission rate for return communication.

EFFECT: selection of return data transmission rate in communication.
