FIELD: medicine; cardiology.

SUBSTANCE: one defines the number of cases of atherosclerotic vessels damages according to the grade of their walls damage, topical zone of their location and the degree of vessels lumen shrinkage. Parameters of each case are evaluated in grades and one calculated the quotient of coronarism (QC) according to original formula. Based on QC value one evaluates the degree of coronarism, significant in the enlargement of heart attack; the degree of coronarism, significant for coronary disease enlargement (without heart attack) or the coronarism absence.

EFFECT: simple and accurate method of quantitative evaluation of the coronarism.
