SUBSTANCE: one performs the pancreas sampling of donor' s distal segment, its conservation and transplantation to the recipient securing the venous return from transplantate to portal system. At the same time venous shunt is formed between transplantate splenic vein and low mesenteric vein on the level of low horizontal reach of dodecadactylon. Transplantate arterial revascularization is performed with the help of anastomozation of splenic artery heel with left common iliac artery of the recipient by type "end to side" at the same time splenic artery cephalic end of the transplantate is ligated.

EFFECT: allows to prevent the outflow interruption, acutus blood supply disturbance of the large bowel part and its necrosis, allows to reduce the risk of postoperative complications, encourages pancreas reinnervation.
