The steel has the following composition, % weight: carbon 0.05-0.1, silicon 0.2-0.4, manganese 0.8-1.2, chromium 12.0-14.0, copper 0.8-1.2, nickel 2.5-3.5, zirconium 0.4-0.8, aluminium 0.08-0.12, vanadium nitrides 0.2-0.4, calcium 0.003-0.008, molybdenum 3.3-3.8, iron being the remaining.
EFFECT: increased mechanical strength of steel.
