FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for pre-treatment and further transportation or plastification of polymers. Device contains a hopper with installed in it a mixing and/or grinding tool with possibility of rotation around axis. In side wall of hopper there is a hole, through which polymer material is unloaded, and a conveyor with a rotary screw in housing. Imaginary extension of longitudinal axis of conveyor runs against transport direction of conveyor past axis of rotation. Longitudinal axis of output side IS offset a distance from longitudinal axis parallel to axis of radial. Ratio L/D of screw ≥ 7, wherein compression area of screw begins only from section (A), comprising more than 1.5 times value of diameter (d) of screw.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of processing materials.
