FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention intended for conducting repairing works for submerged pipelines. Exposed non-destructive methods control defect pipeline. In a defect area of a pipeline, a pneumatic caisson is placed, ejecting water from its chamber through filling the protective gases, which drop down the working pressure of the pipeline up to the level of protective gases in pneumatic caisson which accomplish the cleanness and not destructing the control of the surface defective area and remove defects by means of welding between the protective gases. Dismantled caisson and a set up joint around the repaired area of the pipeline with the formed cavity between its inside and outside surface of the pipeline. Pressurized joint placed longitudinally and butt flange, eject water out from its cavity. The cavity is filled up with the expanding cement followed by compaction.

EFFECT: to raise the reliability of repairing work.
