FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pipeline transport and is intended for restoration without stopping operation of the pipeline. After cleaning surface and handling cracks, a coupling element is being installed on the external surface of the restored pipeline section to form a cavity between its internal surface and externa surface of the pipeline. Said cavity is being sealed, and vacuum is being created in the cavity. Cracks are being filled by expressing a filler via outlet hole of the nozzle, for this purpose, the device for filling cracks are being displaced in the formed cavity along the filled crack. Device for implementation of the method is made in the form of a coupling element, wherein the coupling element is equipped with a seal for sealing at the places of contact with the surface of the pipeline. Device also comprises a system for air or gas pumping, leak valves for air or gas feeding, mobile device for syringing cracks with the filler, system for controlling movement of the device for syringing, inspection window.
EFFECT: improves reliability of pipeline restoration.
