FIELD: reinforcement bars production.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pipeline transport. Method includes cleaning outer surface of recovered pipeline section, handling of cracks, installation of half-coupling or coupling around restored section of pipeline with formation of cavity between its inner surface and external surface of pipeline, sealing of said cavity, creation of vacuum and closing of cracks in pipeline wall by their filling. After creation of vacuum filling of cracks with filler is performed at action on restored section by ultrasound. For this purpose, ultrasonic oscillations in pipe material are excited, according to frequency corresponding to natural oscillation frequency of pipe material, as well as excite ultrasonic vibrations in the filler, according to frequency corresponding to natural frequency of oscillation of filler material. Device is made in form of coupling. Coupling is equipped with systems of pumping and air or gas supply, moving device for cracking of filler, control system of movement of device for syringing and inspection window. Movable device for syringing is equipped with at least one ultrasonic generator providing ultrasound action on material of recovered section of pipeline and on filler material.

EFFECT: increased reliability of pipeline repair due to guaranteed filler filling of cracks in pipeline wall.
