FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: plant for solutions drying consists of cylindrical housing with tapered bottom and cam cowling located in bottom. Spent coolant outlet pipe is situated under cowling and is provided with shock-and-blast generator. Outlet nozzle of generator is directed towards spent coolant flow and differs in that the coolant inlet nozzle in the upper part of body is connected with diffuser where coolant flow swirler is situated to distribute it evenly between, at least, two injectors. Each of injectors is acoustic and contains resonator in the shape of toroidal or, at least, one spherical hollow. In addition, the latter hollow is situated in the end wall of body and directed to distributing head. Besides, spherical hollow is connected with gap between vertical opening in end wall and distributing head rod by means of calibrated opening. In addition, gap is of annular cross section. Distributing head is in the shape of housing with cover represented with truncated cones interconnected by large basis. Besides, manifold in the form of cylindrical hollow is located inside the housing. Manifold is connected with annular channel formed by external cylindrical surface of hollow rod and coaxial openings of similar diameter provided in distributing head cover and housing. Distributing head is provided with, at least, three channels for solution discharge, which are evenly distributed around and perpendicular to rod axis. In addition, opening shearing is on the tapered surface of distributing head cover and inclination angle defines rooted angle of sprayed solution jet.
EFFECT: improvement of drying efficiency.
