FIELD: technological processes, drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of drying dispersed materials and may be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. Plant contains drying chamber, battery cyclone filter, heat generator, ventilation unit, pedestal, air duct, rotor lock, deflector and pump. Heat generator for air purification and heating consists of frame, on both sides of which thermal radiation gas burners are fixed and separated by partition. In top part of heat generator intake bell is installed, in which intake filters are mounted. Air passes through the filter, goes along gas burners, heats up and arrives to drying chamber. Ventilation unit consists of two high-pressure fans that are serially connected and installed in single frame. Drying chamber is made inn the form of cone with smooth transition into cylinder in the top part. In chamber centre along axis fairing is installed, at the base between casing and fairing gap is provided for air suction. In bottom part of chamber acoustic nozzles are provided for product spraying, every of which contains sprayer in the form of acoustic nozzle for spraying of liquids. Nozzle resonator is made in the form of at least one spherical cavity that is installed in the end wall of casing, which faces distributing head. Spherical cavity is connected with calibrated opening to gap between vertical opening in casing end wall and rod of distributing head. In cross section that is perpendicular to rod axis the gap has annular section, and distributing head is made in the form of casing with cover in the form of truncated cones, which are joined with large bases. In the casing header is installed in the form of cylindrical cavity, which is connected with annular channel that is formed by external cylindrical surface of hollow rod and openings of same diameter that are coaxial with them, which are made accordingly in the cover and casing of distributing head, with at least three evenly placed channels for solution outlet along circumference and perpendicular to rod axis. Openings cut is located on the conical surface of distributing head cover, the incline angle of which determines root angle of sprayed solution torch. Invention permits to increase drier efficiency.
