SUBSTANCE: essence of the device lies in the serviceability of the device in self-control mode based on control of availability of source voltage and information signal under the condition that, the current level of the amplitude of vibration exceeds the first given value, in actuation of the previous signalling when there is attainment of the current value of the amplitude of vibration of the second given value, determination of the first time interval, which characterises the rate of change of the amplitude of vibration relative to the first and second given values. The second time interval is determined, which characterises the rate of change of the amplitude of vibration relative to the second and third given values. The third time interval, which characterises acceleration of the change of amplitude of vibration based on comparison of the first and second time intervals, is determined. The forecasted time of alarm signalling of vibrations relative the third given value is given out, taking into account the dynamics of change in the acceleration of amplitude of vibration.

EFFECT: actuation of the alarm signalling and decrease in measuring errors.
