SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in determining initial conditions of overload origination at the beginning of braking. Braking distance is determined and recorded in real time of measurement into memory unit. Then signal of request from technical post is received to determine braking system state and braking distance. Data on automobile license number, braking system state and braking distance is transmitted to technical post. If braking system is faulty, instruction on stopping transport facility is received. Proposed device comprises electric contact pickup, computer, signal processing unit, overload direction indicator, overload magnitude indicator, excess overload indicator, gate, braking distance determination unit, data storage and transmission unit, transceiver antennas, measured braking distance indicator transport facility stop indicator.
EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency.
