SUBSTANCE: invention can be applicable for abolition of angle deformation of a bone articulate part. The bone transaction at top of its deformation is carried out. Form of a bone diaphyseal fragment on its axis a graft is molded in the form of a rectangle with one inclined face side executed under an angle, corresponding to an angle of correction of a bone and with the angle axial groove which size corresponds to distance between bone fragments on the given axis. Take out a graft from a diaphyseal fragment of a bone, turn on 180° and again place in an osteal bed, blocking a defect zone. The method allows to reduce the risk of secondary shift of fragments, to reduce adnation terms.
EFFECT: risk reduction of secondary shift of fragments, reduction of bones adnation terms.
