SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics and can be applied for taking transplant for elimination of angular deformation of articular part of bone. Autotransplant is made in form of rectangular with one slanting end face edge, located at angle, corresponding to angle of bone correction and having angular axial slot, whose size corresponds to distance between bone fragments on said axis.
EFFECT: reduction of risk of angular bone deformation.
