FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in the following: proportional disturbance of integrity of both bones of a forearm in a face-to-face plane is spent. Then two console screws-cores are established in metaphyseal and diaphyseal departments of each of the received fragments establish on dorso-plantar at an angle of 30-40° against each other. Thus restoration of a correct axis of the segment is carried out by erforming a single-step reposition with elimination of laterpositions and shifts on length and simultaneous rigid bracing of distal fragments of a two-osteal segment.
EFFECT: method allows simplifying technology of an osteosynthesis of a two-osteal segment, to frame conditions for a stable osteosynthesis, to decrease traumatism and complications during the operational and postoperational periods.
