Omohyoid muscle is breed upward and outside, anterior scalene muscle with phrenic nerve is lateral breed, vertebral vein is dressed and transected. Usage of stated invention allows adequate mobilising as vertebral, as clavicular artery with ability of reparative maneuver on them.
