FIELD: welding appliances.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding works, particularly to the devices to effect burr resistance welding of rails. The machine comprises a frame with a post attached thereto and two casings, i.e. a fixed one and a movable ones running in guides. It also incorporates clamping hydraulic cylinders, sliders, input and output lifting rollers, top and bottom electrodes and top and bottom supports. The above casing, everyone of them, contains an inner case. The sliders are arranged in the said inner cases and are coupled to the clamping hydraulic cylinder rods. The inner case of the fixed cylinder is mounted can be moved horizontally by a drive. The inner case of movable casing can be moved vertically also by the drive. The bottom electrodes are mounted fixed. The fixed and movable casings are provided additionally with a plate, a shaft and inserts for the electrodes and supports to be fitted thereto. The bottom supports run in spherical inserts. The top electrodes and top supports run in cylindrical inserts fitted in the plates arranged in the sliders lower parts, the plates being mounted on shafts to run free.

EFFECT: improved quality of welding, the machine longer life and better performances.
